PLEASE READ:

The Executive Committee have agreed to keep the Membership fee at £15 for the coming year.

If you do not have your own email address, it would be helpful to provide us with a family member email address so we can keep you informed, via them, of any last minute changes to our events and activities.

We will continue to allow new members joining in January, February or March before the April 1st renewal, to pay the £15 and will qualify for 13, 14 or 15-months membership for their first year.

To join the Stanford-le-Hope and District u3a you can either apply using our on-line Membership Application Form or you can complete a paper copy.

If you prefer to use a paper copy please ensure that you use our latest forms, available via this website, completing all the relevant boxes to select your required preferences.

The forms are single-sided A4 size PDF page, so should display and print on most devices and printers. See also READING AND PRINTING PDF FILES

You have a few options to pay

If you used the on-line Membership Application Form:

1. When you submitted your Application Form your details will have been sent by the Membership Secretary and you will have received an email acknowledgement, requesting you make your payment as soon as is possible.
2. If you choose Bank Transfer, our preferred method, please make a payment using the details here Paying by Bank Transfer.
3. If you choose Cash or Cheque or Bank Card please pay directly to the membership secretary at the next General meeting and receive your Membership Card.
4. Please make cheques payable to Stanford-Le-Hope and District u3a.

If you used a paper Membership Application Form:

1. You can pay your membership fee using the Bank Transfer facility, our preferred method. Please make a payment using the details here Paying by Bank Transfer
2. .Bring your completed Membership Application form to at any General Meeting and join with the Membership Secretary. A membership card should be available to you
3. If you wish to pay Cash, Cheque or Bank Card bring your completed Membership Application form to any General Meeting and pay directly to the Membership Secretary. A membership card should be available to you
4. Cheques to be made payable to Stanford-Le-Hope and District u3a.
5. You can scan or copy your completed application form and email it to the Membership Secretary. Again using the Bank Transfer facility to pay,
6. You can post or deliver the completed form and a Cheque {NO CASH PLEASE} to the Membership Secretary, whose address is at the bottom of the form. If you require a membership card, please enclose a S.A.E. with your form, otherwise collect at a General Meeting. Cheques to be made payable to Stanford-Le-Hope and District u3a.

 Membership covers the period from April 1st to March 31st the following year.

Membership is open to anyone in their Third Age and NOT in full-time employment.

As a member, you may join any number of Interest Groups, provided there is space available. Full details of our Groups are available, with the Group Leader contact details, on the GROUPS tab at the top of the page of this website.
