Barbara and Marilyn have now taken over the running of the Mixed Craft Group.

We now have a new hall - Corringham Baptist Church in Springhouse Road, after the zebra crossing and before The Springhouse Club, coming from Impulse Leisure on the Right-Hand side.

We meet on the FIRST Tuesday of the month, 2.00pm till 4.00 pm.

There is a kitchen – but bring your own mug, and it was decided that we would make a rota for being "Tea Lady”.

At our initial meeting we agreed a first project.

We had a variety of other ideas suggested and are always open to more, not just sewing but other crafts too.

Bring along some ideas of projects you would like to do, so we can all learn together. After all, there are many projects that can be done under the heading of Craft, not necessarily knitting, crochet, or card-making!

Several of the ladies have already given me some ideas of what we can do, for which I am grateful.
