This section is where we put all our major trips and events so they can be viewed by our Group Leaders and Members to check that the day is free before organising an event. They are displayed at the bottom of this page as a GOOGLE Calendar, the format of which can be changed by selecting the appropriate button. The purpose of collating this information is to prevent multiple events/trips being organised on the same day. This not only prevents our members being disappointed, but more importantly, both trips/events not being fully supported which could result in one or both being cancelled.

Events can also be viewed by selecting the EVENTS tab at the top of each page.

The Monthly Calendar shows the regular meeting times of our INTEREST GROUPS.

This table is just a general guide to help members and potential group leaders plan.

Events such as Bank Holidays and group trips may result in a particular monthly meeting for a group being cancelled or the date being changed.

Although the Monthly Calendar shows events occurring in the same week, depending upon which day is the first day of the month, events before that day will usually occur the follow week. For subsequent weeks the events occur again over a two week period.

You are advised to verify details including dates, times, venue and costs with the organiser of the event.
